Третья и вместе с тем последняя карточка для проведения промежуточного контроля в 5 классе в рамках темы «Be healthy» (Unit 5) посвящена здоровому образу жизни и питанию, а с грамматической стороны — модальному глаголу should  и количественным наречиям a lot of, many, much. В карточке только два задания, поэтому достаточно выделить на уроке 5 минут для небольшого письменного контроля.
