ESL Podcast или ещё раз об авторском праве

Вопрос соблюдения авторских прав при наполнении сайта ДО очень щепетильный. Из учителя, разработчика собственного контента впору превратиться в дипломата или посредника между правообладателями и собственным сайтом.

Как бы то ни было, написав письмо авторам и получив разрешение, чувствуешь себя спокойнее.

Сообщаю, что на сайте ДО можно использовать в качестве элемента Внешнее приложение материалы ESL подкастов.

Привожу пример обращения за разрешением и ответ правообладателей. Делаю это по причине того, чтобы команда знала, что можно, а чего нельзя. Соответственно, подобные требования в общей своей массе предъявляются и к другим сервисам: можно линк, нельзя загружать и нельзя перерабатывать задания.

I would be very grateful if you allow my students to listen to your wonderful podcasts for they have very little experience in listening to such quality materials.

Thank you for your interest in ESL Podcast.

Teachers may use the audio and Learning Guide materials in their classrooms without any special permission. We ask that each teacher purchase their own membership to use with their own classes. Copies of the audio files may be distributed for free by CD or other means but not on a website. Schools and individuals may never charge for such CDs, other than to cover the cost of the CD itself.

No audio files, story/dialog scripts, or Learning Guides may be placed on any website, public or password-protected. You may however link to the audio files and to the page with the story script on your website. All downloads must take place from our servers; we do not allow the audio files to be hosted on another server.

Since Learning Guides are our primary source of support, students who wish to download the Learning Guides on their own will need to sign up for a membership; Learning Guides (PDF files) may not be distributed in any method other than in printed form within a teacher’s classroom.
