  • I don ‘t remember how to ask questions correctly with the verb to have.
Should we use auxilirabrle verb does in the following case
Every society has a money economy based on coins and bills.
    What variant is correct ?
1 Does every society have a money economy based on coins ?
2.Has every society a money economy based on coins and bills?
    Help please

    • The first variant seems more correct to me. It’s common both in AmE and BrE to ask questions with do. The sentence sounds formal, the meaning of have here is rather experiences than possesses, so use do.
